Culture and Bones

There are very few ways I love to spend a day than at the museum. Art museums, history museums, I even once tried to convince my family we should go to an RV museum. Some may say I'm obsessed. I say you sound like you're having a bad day, you should visit a museum to unwind.
I've been anxious to check out the Field Museum since I got here but have been wanting to go with someone who would appreciate it as much as me but, more importantly, would be totally cool with me geeking and spending hours upon hours wandering around.

First stop was Sue. A very large but lovely lady.

Our favorite part was the trivia games. We would get super competitive, especially over the questions that we really should know but actually had no idea.

The voodoo exhibit sort of freaked me out so we went to the Machine Inside. I'm sure it is amazing but I was so distracted by all of the children running around and shoving you, we ended up going through pretty quickly just to get away from running noses and tantrums.

The Field Museum is such a fun way to spend the day. Be sure to say hi to Sue for me.

Oh, and by the way, why do museums have so many old dinosaur bones? Because they can't find any new ones!
